Chargers don't take turns on their own. Four 7kW units all plugged in at knock-off time is 28kW your supply has to find on top of lights, aircon and whatever else is running. Plenty of commercial boards in Toowoomba can't.
Load management fixes that without an upgrade, most of the time. The chargers talk to each other and share whatever headroom is left, slowing everyone down a bit rather than tripping the main. Cars sitting there for eight hours don't care.
Where it doesn't fix it, the board does. Older premises often need capacity work before the first charger goes in. Glenn tells you which camp you're in before you commit to anything.
Run the conduit for the bays you'll want later. Pulling extra cable while the trench is open costs very little. Opening it again in two years does not.
