Four Simple Steps to Quality Electrical Work
Every G-TEC job runs the same four steps, so you always know where things are up to and what's coming next:
1. Consultation & Assessment
Working out what you need and having a look at your electrical system. You talk to Glenn, not a receptionist or a call centre. Everything after this hangs off that first conversation.
2. The Plan & The Quote
A detailed plan and a fair price. Glenn matches the fix to your situation, a rental isn't a forever home, and he'll walk you through the options where there's more than one way to do it.
3. Doing the Work
The job done safely and done properly. Glenn turns up when he says he will, protects your place while he's working, and installs quality gear rather than whatever's cheapest.
4. Testing & Handover
Checking it all works before Glenn packs up. Every circuit tested, a walkthrough of what he's done, and a last word from you that you're happy with it.
How Each Step Works
Consultation & Assessment
You speak directly with Glenn from the first call, never a call centre. He asks what you need done, checks the relevant parts of your electrical system, and gives you an honest read on what the job actually requires, including anything that can wait.
Detailed Planning & Fair Pricing
You get a clear written quote before any work starts, with the scope, materials and timing spelled out. Glenn uses quality gear from brands like Hager and Clipsal. If something turns up on the day that changes the job, he talks to you about it before it goes anywhere near the bill.
Completing Your Project
Glenn does the work himself to AS/NZS 3000, keeps the workplace tidy, and treats your home with respect. If anything unexpected turns up mid-job, he talks it through with you before proceeding.
Testing & Handover
Every circuit is tested before Glenn signs off. You get a walkthrough of what was done and an Electrical Safety Certificate where it applies. If something's not right afterwards you ring Glenn, not a call centre.
Support After Your Job is Finished
Glenn's responsibility doesn't end when you hand over payment. G-TEC Electrical stands behind completed work:
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
If it's down to Glenn's work, he comes back and fixes it himself. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.
