Discussion of Your Needs During our initial conversation, we discuss what you're looking to achieve, your current situation, and property characteristics. A 1950s Queenslander presents different challenges compared to a modern home in Middle Ridge. Understanding your property helps me anticipate considerations and provide more accurate guidance.

Site Assessment (When Needed) For larger projects or complex issues, I schedule a site visit to evaluate your electrical system in person. Arrival & Preparation I arrive in professional attire with professional tools. Before starting, I protect your property. Drop sheets cover floors and furniture in work areas, and work zones are established to contain debris. Your property is respected throughout the project.

Quality & Safety Standards Every decision prioritises the safety of your family. Power is isolated before work begins, all work complies with AS/NZS 3000, and I only use premium components from Hager and Voltex. I take pride in neat, professional installations that look as good as they function.

Clear Communication I keep you informed about progress and any variations that might be needed. If a project reveals hidden problems like deteriorating old wiring, I stop work, explain the situation, and discuss options with you upfront. I don't consider a job finished until you've inspected the result and confirmed you're satisfied.
