Four Simple Steps to Quality Electrical Work
G-TEC Electrical follows a proven four-step process designed to deliver exceptional results whilst keeping you informed and comfortable throughout your project:
1. Consultation & Assessment
Understanding your needs and evaluating your electrical system. You speak directly with Glenn—not a receptionist or call centre. This initial consultation sets the foundation for everything that follows.
2. Custom Solution & Quote
Providing a detailed plan with fair pricing. We match solutions to your situation (rental vs forever home) and explain multiple paths where available.
3. Professional Workmanship
Completing the work safely and to the highest standards. Glenn arrives punctually, protects your property, and completes quality installations using premium components.
4. Testing & Handover
Ensuring everything functions perfectly before we finish. Comprehensive testing, walkthrough explanation, and final confirmation that you're satisfied.
How Each Step Works
Consultation & Assessment
You speak directly with Glenn from the first call, never a call centre. He asks what you need done, checks the relevant parts of your electrical system, and gives you an honest read on what the job actually requires, including anything that can wait.
Detailed Planning & Fair Pricing
You get a clear written quote before any work starts, with the scope, materials and timing spelled out. Glenn uses quality gear from brands like Hager and Clipsal, and the price you agree to is the price you pay.
Completing Your Project
Glenn does the work himself to AS/NZS 3000, keeps the workplace tidy, and treats your home with respect. If anything unexpected turns up mid-job, he talks it through with you before proceeding.
Testing & Handover
Every circuit is tested before Glenn signs off. You get a walkthrough of what was done, an Electrical Safety Certificate where applicable, and workmanship backed by warranty. If anything is not right afterwards, you call Glenn directly.
Support After Your Job is Finished
Glenn's responsibility doesn't end when you hand over payment. G-TEC Electrical stands behind completed work:
Warranty Coverage
All workmanship is covered by a lifetime workmanship warranty. If issues arise from the installation, I take responsibility and fix them. No excuses.
